Damaged or Defective Merchandise – Replacement or Refund

Any visible damage to the delivered product must be reported to our Customer Service Representative Agnes within 30 days of the problem occurring. If, after speaking with our customer service team, the damage or defect is deemed valid, SocalFilterShop will:

a) Arrange for product replacement and return the organization for damaged or defective products at no additional charge to the customer.
b) Alternatively, damaged or defective products will be returned to the customer free of charge and a full refund will be provided after verification of the damage and defect.

Our customer service team will organize this return, exchange or refund process.

How to Return

If you need to return it, please contact customer service in advance. Please send us the item with its original packaging.
The water filter must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
If you apply for a return or exchange due to out-of-stock, functional damage, etc., we may ask you to unpack videos, product pictures, etc., please keep them and send them to our email when needed.
Package and mail us the product, invoice, barcode, RMA form, and all packaging and protective materials intact.
After the return request is successful, please remember to email us the courier number and your information after the product is sent out.
When we have received your returned product and confirmed that this is the case, we will begin arranging your refund. Depending on the payment method, the refund schedule will vary. The general processing time is 1 to 2 working days; if it is overdue, please contact us.

Cancel Order

a) Cancellation – Not Shipped.
You can cancel your order for a full refund before setting it up for shipping. Cancellations should be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve order packages in processed orders.
b) Canceled – Shipped
You can cancel the order after setting up shipping, but it needs to be returned after the customer receives the package, and we will refund it within 1-2 working days after receiving the package.
