Where do you ship from?
We currently only ship within the continental United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
Daily order cut-off time: 5:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST on the same day will be processed and shipped the next working day. (extended holiday).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email with the carrier and tracking information.
What are the delivery methods?
USPS First-Class Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.
Estimated transit time after shipment: 3-10 working days.
What payment methods do I have?
We pay with Square and accept the following cards: JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Are there any taxes or duties?
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for GST on the item and we are not responsible for any tax.
Shipping takes too long.
If the shipping time exceeds 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your shipment or issue your refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
Order processing time is too long
If the product you purchased has no special remarks and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service immediately. After we have verified, we will reschedule your shipment and provide you with an $8 off coupon.
Lost or damaged goods.
We are not responsible for the loss of products during transportation, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first and tell us the problems you encounter, and we will arrange for someone to assist you with your inquiries.
